PRESIDENT/HEAD COACH OF 13U: DUSTIN RIDDLE
He is a proud graduate of Kent Island High School and was honored to be named the 2002 Kent Island High School Defensive Player of the Year. He went on to gain two years of college football experience, which deepened his knowledge and passion for the game. With five years of coaching experience under his belt, he dedicated to developing players and helping them reach their full potential on and off the field.

HEAD COACH:
CHARLES W. MACKEY
Retired College and High School Coach from PG County Maryland. Known as a legend. He Coached Basketball, Football and Baseball for over 30 years at Park-dale High School and Coached at Bowie State University as a Basketball Coach. He has volunteered at various programs and organizations throughout the State of Maryland. He received his Bachelor's and Master's in Human Physiology and Anatomy at Temple University in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.
FOOTBALL COMMISSIONER/ HEAD COACH OF 9U:
MIKE DONALDSON
38 years of coaching experience. Most recently, he served as the President, Commissioner, and Head Coach of the Owings Outlaws for 16 years. He played linebacker and offensive line in high school and have coached at Northern High School in Calvert County as well as Good Counsel in Olney, MD. Football has been a lifelong passion, and he is dedicated to developing athletes both on and off the field.

JESSIE KNIGHT
Coach Knight is no stranger to our community—he’s been deeply involved in coaching multiple sports, shaping young athletes, and making a lasting impact.
His coaching philosophy is simple but powerful: EFFORT. He believes that giving 100% in everything—on and off the field—builds character, discipline, and success.
